Full Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in generating demand and qualifying high quality B2B leads, and drive the growth of our sales pipeline for our SaaS, reward consultancy and insurance cash plans. This position is for a results-oriented individual who understands digital marketing trends and can leverage them to support business objectives. You will be working closely with our sales and product teams to identify target audiences and creating impactful marketing campaigns.,

  • Work collaboratively with the New Business, Product and Consultancy teams to understand the proposition and go to market strategy and create the plan for generating high quality leads.
  • Responsible for generating and converting leads. Oversee and enhance various marketing channels, such as Account-Based Marketing, Paid Advertising, and Digital Channels, to maximise impact.
  • Manage lead generation marketing campaigns using CRM tools while implementing a data strategy to ensure precise targeting of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the inhouse marketing team, marketing agencies and partners to help enhance engagement and convert prospects within the sales funnel.
  • Develop and manage our owned and paid media (including search, display, affiliate and sponsored) channels to support our business development team connect with potential clients.
  • Track and analyse lead generation activities and work with relevant teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting and reporting. Share CRM-based insights and updates to align marketing with sales goals.
  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns including to support the upsell/cross sell of products to our existing client base.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to help define proposition messages, content, design and build brand awareness and campaigns.

    Are you a proven B2B Marketing Manager that thrives in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for driving Client acquisition through innovative marketing?,
  • Minimum 2 years target driven lead/demand generation marketing experience at an operational level.
  • Strong B2B marketing knowledge and experience, to include proposition definition, campaign development, channel marketing and account marketing.
  • Experience of analysing information and data, identifying trends and recommending action/solutions.
  • Experience of leading projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field, or qualified by significant experience.
  • Experience in marketing SaaS products and/or financial services is highly desirable.
