Role Purpose

Travelsim is a key growth pillar at the heart of our Commercial strategy at Vodafone Group. We are breaking new ground with innovative offers and technologies like eSIM and our goal is to become the operator of choice for travellers abroad

The Growth Marketing Manager would be responsible to drive the commercial growth of the travel sim proposition. This role will require strong, on-going & up-to-date knowledge of the industry changes, channels/partners activities & the competitive landscape. The role would support the marketing lead on delivering the marketing strategy via the execution of pricing, proposition, market communication strategy & top-class customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Execute the proposition and pricing strategy for Travelsim offers, including regional/local, segmented, time-bound promotions

  • Owns key customer journeys of Travel SIM and leads all other functional teams on user experience requirements

  • Prepare briefs and provide input into proposition materials, creative & comms materials, guides, FAQs

  • Create and synthesis regular competitive analysis and define proposition and pricing actions accordingly

  • Define & collect customer insights & trends

  • Execute cvm offers, Referral program and loyalty schemes

  • Optimise the travel sim customer journeys regularly

  • Support budget management and track ROI

  • Drive internal and external PR for travel sim

  • Excellent understanding of evolving customer attitudes in travel industry, behavioural economics, telecoms services and value perceptions

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills & data-driven approach.

  • Past experience in working with creative teams and agencies

  • Strong understanding of consumer insights & identifying consumer trends

  • Strong ability and interest in staying on top of the changing competitive landscape

  • Proven flexibility - quick to adapt and change basis internal and external dynamics
