Your future role

The main responsibility of the local CM is to ensure business adoption of GSI core-model by Key-users / End-users within the site.

Ideally the local Change Manager is involved and embarked in the project before Solution Adoption phase and up to - at least - business stabilization at post Go Live phase

We'll look to you for :

Change management ramp-up and network

  • Get to know the GSI Change Management methodology

  • Contribute to the global GSI Change Management Network to share Lessons learned and best practices for different roll outs


  • Awareness and stakeholder engagement
  • Train site Project team on change management methodology

  • Identify the project stakeholders on site and the actions to keep them engaged during the project


  • Change Management Methodology implementation :
  • Perform change management impact assessment with the key stakeholders to design the change management plan

  • Monitor and update CM plan with regular reporting to Project sponsorship


  • Stakeholders and Global CM teams

    Handle risk related to Change Mngt and work as advisor for site management on actions related to organizational impact

    Communication (informal and formal)

    Adapt, define and implement communication plan (newsletters, events, roadshows ) to the site specificities

    End User Training and train-the-trainer :
  • Adapt training methodology to the site specificities

  • Plan and organize the sessions (logistics, assessments ) with the support of the Key Users and other resources

  • Support the Key users for the training's preparation and delivery organization Adoption

  • Implement business maturity assessments before, during and after GSI rollout at various levels of the local organization

  • Track business adoption up to business stabilization to ensure proper local ramp-up

    Post-go live support
  • Define and implement hypercare support

  • Manage possible further emerging change actions not previously identified

  • Identify and manage improvement actions and roadblock
