  • To always be a friendly and professional point of contact to all guests, following protocols with contact over the phone, via email and face to face during their stay.
  • To greet all guests upon their arrival, providing assistance with their luggage and providing and introduction to their accommodation and the local area.
  • To anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond in assisting with requests. Being proactive in your approach to your work at all times.
  • To work varied shifts on both our Reception Desk and fulfilling and delivering concierge services to our guests staying in our cottages.
  • To build an in-depth knowledge in operating a range of systems including our PMS (Opera), & other systems used within the business including, but not limited to, ResDiary, MindBody and Microsoft Office.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure service & our guest experience is seamless across the business.
  • Ensure payments are processed accurately and with confidence and discretion.
  • To have a positive, can-do attitude, contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere.
  • To enjoy a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible to a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to, administrative and operational duties.
  • To ensure all front office working areas are kept clean and tidy throughout shift, including company vehicles.
  • To be punctual and immaculately groomed for every shift as per company policies.
  • To be flexible in your approach to work, assisting other areas of the business as needed.
  • To be an ambassador and knowledgeable about the Bamford Collection, ensuring our guests are aware of all that we have to offer as a collection.

  • Due to insurance purposes, applicants must be a minimum of 25 years old and must have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. You will be driving a luxury, Jaguar Land Rover fleet vehicle as a part of the role.,
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive approach to delivering luxury service and a passion for the local area
  • Excellent time management
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Microsoft Office and Opera PMS desirable but not essential and training will be given

    SALARY: 11.55 + Tronc (Total Approx. 13.05per hour )
