What you'll be doing:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee all pub operations, from front-of-house staff to food and
- Strategise for Success: Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial
- Guest Satisfaction: See our customers as guests. Ensure exceptional service,
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise a skilled team, including bartenders,
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging events, such as music nights, to
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and immaculate environment for both staff
