What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee all pub operations, from front-of-house staff to food and


  • beverage, cellar management, and health & safety.

  • Strategise for Success: Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial


  • goals and maximise revenue.

  • Guest Satisfaction: See our customers as guests. Ensure exceptional service,


  • addressing guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise a skilled team, including bartenders,


  • assistant managers, and restaurant staff.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging events, such as music nights, to


  • attract and retain guests.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to


  • ensure smooth operations.

  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and immaculate environment for both staff
