Guest Experience Manager

The successful Guest Experience Manager will · Be responsible for the day to day running of the reception team. · Meet and greet resort guests. · Assist guests with any queries they may have. · Advise on the local area. · Issue accommodation keys and information. · Advise guests on events within the resort. · Handle telephone calls. · Deal with customer complaints. · Accurate cash handling.

Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.,

  We are looking for an Guest Experience Manager to join our team at The Springs Resort & Golf Club in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. Amazing competitive salary!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 days which will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
