- Check rooms to ensure they are ready for guest arrivals
- Use your savvy knowledge to offer guidance and local recommendations for a great stay in London
- Feel confident to promote the services that we offer at the serviced apartments
- Be able to multitask and manage guests' queries efficiently
- Deputise for the Operations Manager as required
As a Guest Experience Specialist you'll be the face of our serviced apartments, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Working as part of a small, vibrant team you'll be taking care of everything that might be sought after by a guest, with a true desire to satisfy their needs in the fast-paced environment of our serviced apartments.
