- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
- Promoting a welcoming environment
- Assist in HR related duties including reviews, recruitment and payroll
- To be the person on duty for the hotel when required
- To ensure all guest complaints are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- To upskill and develop all associates
We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have reception experience within a hotel of similar size. Supervisory skills are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
