Guest Relations Assistant

Do you thrive on making guests feel welcome and ensuring their stay is exceptional? We're looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Assistant to join our team on a full time basis at De Vere Latimer Estate, Chesham in Buckinghamshire.

As a Guest Relations Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right from their arrival. Your role involves greeting guests, addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. You'll also play a key role in supporting our food and beverage services during peak times and contribute to the overall guest experience.

This role involves working a mixture of shifts including earlies, lates and weekends on a rota basis.

• A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome


• Someone with good attention to detail, who can handle guest requests efficiently - experience in a guest facing hotel role or hospitality is desirable


• A flexible approach and someone who is willing to assist in various roles, including during busy periods in the events team, housekeeping or the restaurant


• Excellent communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
