Full Job Description
- Creating moments of delight for our guests and wow them during the entirety of their stay
- Ensuring the maximization of guest satisfaction
- Ensuring that information regarding VIPs are properly distributed throughout the hotel
- Anticipate guest needs and build connections throughout their stay
- Supervising and training Hosts so that they deliver exceptional experiences for guests
- Assisting the Guest Relations Manager with the efficient and smooth running of the department
