Full Job Description

  • Act as the visible image of the Jumeirah Brand in the hotel lobby, embodying its values.
  • Oversee and ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
  • Coordinate and escort VIP guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Guest Relations team by overseeing daily tasks.
  • Ensure all procedures are followed meticulously, maintaining the highest levels of service.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Set the standard for service excellence, acting as a mentor and role model for the team.
  • Gather guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
  • Assist with budgeting for the guest relations department.
  • Support the development and growth of the Guest Relations team members.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Engaging with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and via phone.
  • Ability to maintain an approachable and positive demeanour in all interactions.
  • Proactive in handling guest requests and managing VIP relations.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
