Full Job Description

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Guest Service Manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Central. Located in Ropewalks., As a Guest Services Manager you will lead the Guest Services operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams.

Based in the Holiday Inn Express Liverpool Central, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years experience in either Reception Management or/and F&B Management. To highlight, you will be responsible for:

- Checking guests in and out

- Responsible for manning the front desk

- Checking food & drink stock levels

- Take food orders & service drinks at the bar & assist with food preparation.

This a unique opportunity to work across both Front office and Food & Beverage, therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible to work across both area's.
