Guest Services Ambassador

Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador to join our team. As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be the face of the White Rose Shopping Centre, ensuring that every visitor has a positive and memorable experience., Greet and assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about the shopping centre.

-Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

-Assist with promotional events and activities within the shopping centre.

-Maintain a clean and organised guest services area.

-Collaborate with other team members, wider departments and the Management team to ensure a seamless visitor experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-A friendly and approachable demeanor.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

-Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
