Guest Services Ambassador

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador to join our team. As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be the face of the White Rose Shopping Centre, ensuring that every visitor has a positive and memorable experience. Potential staff bonus will also be provided., Greet and assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about the shopping Centre. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with promotional events and activities within the shopping Centre. Maintain a clean and organized guest services area and collaborate with other team members, wider departments and the Management team to ensure a seamless visitor experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
