Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Associate to join our exceptional Front Office Team at Tŷ Milford Waterfront. Your calm, efficient, friendly and professional personality will shine through to every guest along with your passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service., As a Guest Services Associate you will ensure guests are given a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel and roomed according to department standard. Your aim is to interact with guests, embrace our latest technology, and ensure a consistent level of service is offered at all times from the point of arrival, through to the time of departure. Guest Services Associate are required to have extensive knowledge of the hotel and the services provided by various outlets and to consistently provide a high level of service to all guests and colleagues, ensuring the provision of excellent service throughout the stay.

Multi-tasking will be second to none whilst maintaining a positive attitude at all times.

Located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront and overlooking Milford Marina, this exciting new hotel will be operated and managed by the team behind the iconic Celtic Manor Resort when it opens in the Spring of 2022.
Part of The Celtic Collection's growing portfolio of Tŷ Hotels, the hotel will boast 100 guest bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a private dining area and an activity suite.
Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront is being built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and will provide another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire.
Four floors of bedroom accommodation will house a variety of bedroom types, including family rooms, making it the ideal base for purposeful travellers for both business and leisure.
The hotel will also be an asset for the local community and provide a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over.
