Guest Services Executive

Are you the "go to" person for the latest things to do in London? With a passion for creating memorable moments and show casing our great City, you will be part of a small but perfectly formed team helping our guests to get the most from their visit. Helping with directions, theatre bookings, delivering luggage, booking restaurants or delivering guest amenities -" every day is different, and no two guests are the same! A key part of the Hotel, you will speak to all departments making sure that we create the very best guest experiences through every part of their stay.

The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills being proficient in both written and spoken English as well as the ability to show empathy when dealing with our guests. Full training will be provided but an experience in a customer facing role is essential; ideally in hospitality/retail, along with the ability to work within deadlines. General IT competency and basic/intermediary level knowledge of Excel is essential. Must be available to work evenings and weekends
