Guest Services Manager

As Guest Services Manager you will lead the guest services operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams.

You will also oversee all recruitment, creating rotas and managing holidays, and manage the continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis in the form of one to ones and by chairing monthly departmental meetings.

Based in the Holiday Inn Express Windsor, you will be part of a team of passionate people! The role of Guest Services Manager requires some diversity and will include evening and weekend work. You will be the face and heart of the hotel and can be sure to meet and work alongside a range of fantastic people!

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess 2 years previous experience in managing a team. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of the Opera system would be advantageous. You should also be abe to display the following skills:
