An amazing new opportunity has become available to join the Portico team as the Guest Services Portfolio Manager of a brand-new Portico contract!
The Guest Services Portfolio Manager will oversee for the front of house services delivered in both residential and corporate environments across 4 locations, ensuring that our teams provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the client's business.
Overseeing a team of 24, the Guest Services Portfolio Manager will work with their location managers, steering strategy and ensuring that we consistently deliver five-star service across the portfolio.
Innovative ideas will come naturally to the successful candidate, who will thrive on reviewing, creating and implementing processes to improve the effectiveness of the service that our teams provide, and ultimately ensuring that the portfolio is always a trailblazer for service industry!
