Gym Club Manager

We are seeking a Fitness Manager to join our team at NR Health and Fitness Club Watton. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong background in team management.
Duties will include;
-Managing a team of staff
- Recruiting, training & supervising
-Delivering & training fitness classes and programmes
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Promoting & Marketing
- Dealing with enquiries, complaints & emergencies
- Sales Plans and Delivery
- Driving KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety
- Being able to think for yourself & plan for the future
