Gymnastics Head Coach

Your role as Head Gymnastics coach will be to manage your team of Gymnastics coaches, ensuring they are aware of their duties and are provided with lesson plans whilst adhering to the British Gymnastics guidelines.

You will be responsible for the set-up of equipment making sure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to and reporting any damage as necessary. You will offer advice and support to all pupils and parents- setting aside time after classes to answer any questions any queries they may have. This means an up to date knowledge of the latest developments in British Gymnastics is vital for this role.

You will be a fully qualified Gymnastics coach and hold a valid British Gymnastics membership along with previous experience in a coaching environment. You should have experience working within a customer focused role and have the ability to plan and organise whilst prioritising your workload. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate and inspire others.
