Full Job Description

Lead on co-ordination, preparation for and recording of information within multi-disciplinary team meetings.

Work with the team to ensure accurate and timely data collection, providing statistical analysis, report generation and any information needed by the team.

Prepare and submit performance indicators for regulators and national organisations, including the Quality dashboard and recurrent audits.

Maintain adequate records on paper or within electronic records in source documents, central report forms, research contract organisations, data analysers, sponsor companies and auditors.

The successful candidate will have experience of data inputting/information sourcing and managing large volumes of data.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, have excellent communication skills, a good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will work well as part of a team, be professional and personable at all times, able to multi-task as well as being able to work under pressure.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Cancer Care for a Database and Service Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual with an interest in data management and analytics to help us manage our Haemophilia and Haemoglobinopathy services.

Cancer Care is a compassionate, dynamic and high-profile care group which covers a wide range of specialties from treatments for patients with cancer, including chemotherapy and radiotherapy as well as being a Regional Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. We are also the Regional Primary Treatment Centre for Teenagers and Young Adults with cancer.
