Full Job Description

We are on a journey to become even better and help more people. Haig are looking for an ICT Helpdesk Coordinator within the Corporate Services Department, who has experience in a similar role (Administrator etc). Your primary duties will be tracking and supporting our Managed IT Provider to assist staff with day-to-day IT queries, onboarding of new staff including hardware allocation and preparation, and ownership of administrative tasks such as Internal and external (Cyber Essentials) audits. You will be involved in project work and workstreams typical of an ICT department, such as Mobile phone replacement and renewals, asset management, and provide guidance to staff on policy, processes, and SOP's. You will help develop this role to become an essential element within the ICT team.

The role would suit an individual who has experience with end-user ICT support and supporting staff with day-to-day enquiries. You will be able to undertake tasks such as managing ICT Audits with the support of the ICT Manager, be task oriented, and have an empathetic mindset. You will be joining a small team, so reliability and flexibility is essential. You will be a good communicator and have an attention to detail and have a proactive approach to all aspects within this role.
