Applicants must have knowledge and experience of the hair sector and be able to work with teaching staff to support learners within their lessons. Up-to-date industry knowledge and skills are important for this role as well as a professional and supportive nature. It would be advantageous if applicants had experience of training or teaching and held an assessor's qualification. Applicants would be expected to be prepared to work toward teaching and assessor's qualification if not already held.
