Full Job Description

As a Welcome Hut Host you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting our Estate.

This role is to welcome and assist our members and guests and all other visitors to ensure they reach the correct location on the Estate.

This is a multitasking role where the individual needs to ensure all departments are informed of their guests arrival by using various communication channels; radios, telephones and email.

Estate knowledge will be trained as it's a critical part of the role when helping our visitors.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about guest service and has the ability to make the best first impression. Personal presentation is key.

A strong communicator, who is well organised and has the ability to work under pressure, at times.

You will be self-motivating and happy to work alone.

Beaverbrook is a carefully curated collection of two luxury hotels; our estate surrounded by the Surrey Hills and our urban Town House in central London.

The heart of the brand is set amidst 400 acres of picturesque countryside and comprises three distinctively designed venues that make up the hotel, three restaurants and a Health Club & Spa, as well as indoor and outdoor activities, including a home cinema and meeting spaces for all occasions.

Our Chelsea outpost boasts a prime spot on Sloane Street and presents 14 suites, each styled and named after celebrated London theatres, a Japanese restaurant and a vibrant bar.

Both properties blend the elegant with the familiar through excellent guest service and pay tribute to their namesake's glamorous past.

The atmosphere of our hotels combines the charm of their heritage with beautifully designed spaces in which to dine, unwind, rejuvenate and pamper.

What binds our hotels together is the Beaverbrook ethos - a warmth and thoughtfulness that makes every guest and employee journey unforgettable and that reflects our approach to exceptional experiences.

Striving to turn visions into reality, for guests and employees alike, through unique opportunity and emotional hospitality, Beaverbrook offers something truly special within remarkable surroundings.
