Handyman

Duties will include:

• Basic repairs and fixings.


• Changing light bulbs.


• Basic plumbing, toilets, sinks with plugs, showers etc.


• Ad-hoc for gardening (E.g if weed killer needs to be sprayed on the landscape).


• Repairs inside apartments such as wardrobes etc


• Reporting non conformances to Operation Manager i.e. defective bulbs etc.


• Daily safety checks


• Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.


• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.


• Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.


• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.


Service provision:

- Ensure that service level agreements with the client are met and that any shortfalls are documented and reported to the Operations Manager

Compliance:

- Support and maintain policies and procedures in accordance with legislation.

- Support colleagues at both the client and SOS HQ with regards to requirements pertaining to access and egress

General:

- Any other duties as required by the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Ensuring all working equipment is working properly e.g. site phone.


• Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.


• Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.


• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
