To check the maintenance book daily and carry out all repairs etc as necessary
To decorate vacated rooms as requested following correct procedure.
To keep the gardens well maintained, cutting grass, dig borders, weed and replant etc where there is no gardener.
General Maintenance on a day to day basis
Out of Hours Call outs if required

Requirements of the Handyman Role:
Previous experience in painting, tiling etc. required
Car Driver
