Cromwell Hospital is a leading private hospital in London, renowned for providing exceptional healthcare services. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care and are looking for a dedicated Hard Services Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team. As a Hard Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hospital's infrastructure, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and work closely with other departments to ensure all hard services are delivered to the highest standards. What You'll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hospital's facilities and equipment.
  • Manage and prioritize maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with contractors and external service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.

    Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are desirable.
