Full Job Description

To create innovative, high-quality products-including those with hardware elements- business agility requires hardware participation in an agile organization. We are seeking an experienced and driven Hardware Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating hardware product development in an scaled agile environment.   • Co-ordination of PI Planning Events (Pre-Planning, Draft Plan, Final Plan, Retro)
  • Host weekly Hydra ART Sync calls
  • Create PI planning Board
  • Create PI Planning meeting invites
  • Drive continuous improvements on hardware delivery flow
  • Dependency Management
  • Managing the cross-ART solution board for hardware ART.
  • Raising new Firmware dependencies on behalf of Hardware.
  • Managing and ensuring fulfilment of dependencies placed on Hardware.
  • Co-ordinating with Product Owners & Program Managers on delivery expectations.
  • Escalating blockers, impediments and risks.
  • Hardware Sample Management
  • Keeping Tally of All Hardware Sample Requests
  • Managing Hardware Inventory
  • Co-Ordinating Shipping/Fulfilment of Samples
  • Defining the HW Sample Request & Fulfilment Process.

    Certification in Program Management (PgMP) or Project Management (PMP).
  • Experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Experience in hardware-centric product development and manufacturing.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and scrum master and / or Release Train Engineer role., Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget.
