Hardware Technician

Alongside 2 Technical Support Technicians colleagues, you ensure an excellent service towards our customers.

You act as a go-between the sales and the customers to maintain a high level of customer service.

Our customers are mainly professional clients -distributors and installers- but also end users. You will be helping them by answering their technical questions either by phone or via e-mails.

· You assist professional clients in:

- Installing and wiring our products and troubleshooting technical issues and breakdowns.

- Setting up, configuring our products on our management software portal.

· You help end-users and explain how to use our products.

· You go on site to analyze technical issues and give recommendations to our professional clients.

· You organize technical trainings to our partners installers and distributors online and offline.

· As market specialist, you run tests for your market, work on the internationalization of our products and raise market specificities to headquarters., · Excellent training and onboarding to get to know the tool, our processes, and your colleagues. The training period includes a business trip in France in our headquarters.

Full time / minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, · Fluent in English

· Customer service driven, you have previous experience in a customer-oriented environment.

· Experience in repairing electronical products.

· Interested in GSM technology.
