Harm Reduction Lead

Our Stoke Community Drug and Alcohol service are looking for a a committed Harm Reduction Lead, who will provide support, information and advice to individuals in relation to reducing drug and alcohol related harm to join our team., As a Harm Reduction Lead you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will work as part of our team and alongside other social care services to identify how we can help. You will develop plans with your clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be. You will have experience in the substance misuse field and have a passion for supporting individuals to reduce harm to themselves and work to recovery goals.

Everyone should feel comfortable getting the support they need for issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health. At We Are With You we work with people on their own goals, whether that's staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether. We give people support in a way that's right for them either face to face in their local service, community or online. We provide a free and confidential service without judgement to more than 100,000 people a year.
