Harrow Healthy Ageing CPN

You will be expected to triage referrals and allocate work to junior staff as appropriate in addition to providing a comprehensive mental health assessment for complex patients in the acute phase of a mental health crisis. You will also be expected to work in collaboration with the Operational Team Manager, Clinical Leads/Senior Practitioners and to have close working relationships with the community teams, inpatient services and the HTT To help you achieve the above our developmental role will also offer you;

• Commitment from the team to develop you by offering coaching and in-house development sessions such as, Leadership programmes, CBT, DBT and more
• Opportunities to shadowour neighbouring services including CMHTs and the memory clinic allowing you to see the full circle of treatment for our patients

Community Services are becoming fast paced and rapidly changing to support the 'Out of Hospital Care' strategies, you will therefore need to demonstrate resilience in the ability to adapt to the changing landscape and opportunities as the service develops.
