Hate Crime Coordinator - Bradford Hate Crime Alliance (BHCA)

Bradford Hate Crime Alliance (BHCA) is looking for a driven and committed individual to support and coordinate our Hate Crime operation providing a safe, effective, and high-quality service to our clients. The post will play a key function in the operational coordination of our services; providing support, administration, and oversight of day to delivery of our services listed below:

• Supporting victims of hate crime incidents.
• Working alongside the Police, other partners, and stakeholders.
• Visiting clients in their homes, place of work, schools etc.
• Working with a people across all levels
We are recruiting: A 22.2-hour permanent post coordinating our Hate Crime Reporting services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of coordinating multiple projects, ideally within an equal opportunity, multi-cultural setting. You should be extremely comfortable working with data and monitoring, have excellent literacy skills, and be able to establish positive relationships with clients, team members and other key stakeholders. You must be flexible towards hours and duties as required. As an integral partner of Bradford Council and West Yorkshire Police, we deliver partnership approaches towards hate crime and overcoming hate related abuse and/ or criminal behaviour.
