What you'll do Deliver excellent marketing communications to Vodafone customers driving commercial benefit, customer satisfaction and engagement. This role is specifically based within the HBB Cross-Sell squad and is focussed on delivering marketing excellence in our digital and print communications and across our digital journeys.
- Production and execution of Cross-Sell marketing messages across various channels (SMS, MMS, e-mail, push notification, DM).
- Ensure all cross-sell marketing activity reflects our brand strategy and tone of voice and that all communications are legally compliant and drive a positive response.
- Track and report on the impact of all marketing communications making clear recommendations on how we can further increase brand appreciation and customer engagement.
- Develop campaigns with a clear lifecycle management approach. Identify appropriate campaign execution touchpoints and triggers. Manage the scheduling and rules that determine message deployment and take direct ownership for message performance.
- Ensure Customer Experience is at the heart of all marketing activity generated. Develop, challenge and review campaigns with a clear consideration for how they influence customer's perception and brand experience. Who you are Able to think both creatively and analytically to deliver compelling campaigns. Experience driving a 'digital first' agenda with understanding of how to maximise digital engagement and fulfilment. Strong stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to influence across all levels of the organisation Able to operate within a fast-paced, highly competitive and demanding commercial environment. Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines. Able to focus on priorities with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
