Bosworth Medical Group is looking for a proactive HCA to join our friendly and well established team for 20 hrs per week

The successful applicant will support the practice nursing and administrative teams in the delivery of clinical and administrative services, working as part of the practice multi-disciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population.

The Healthcare Assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education while also supporting the administrative team on an as-required basis.

Able to work both independently and as part of an

integrated multi-skilled team.

Self starter with a flexible and positive approach who is

able to work in pressured environment.

Able to verbally communicate effectively and efficiently.

To be a careful listener, diplomatic and tactful.

Able to build effective working relationships and communicate

effectively with all staff including senior management, Nurses and Partners

Bosworth Medical Group is a well-established GP Surgery that has operated in this locality since 1974. There are 13500 patients since our merge with the Chester Road Practice and currently five partners, two male and three female.
