Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to support the induction, education, training, and development of Health Care Support Workers. The role will support staff through the care certificate qualification and you will be required to produce and present reports on care certificate completions., Key Tasks & Responsibilities Identify staff required to complete the care certificate and manage a programme of support to meet the assessment requirements Provide expert knowledge and advice to colleagues and participate in relevant working groups in relation to the education of Health Care Support Workers and the Care Certificate Provide advice, agree action plans and support staff who may require additional support Actively monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, reviewing these against the Care Certificate standard, The post holder will co-ordinate and deliver support to Health Care Support Workers to attain the skills and knowledge to deliver high quality patient care and to meet the Care Certificate requirements.
