Kenvue is recruiting for an Assistant Brand Manager - Nicorette Healthcare Professional Marketing, As the Assistant Brand Manager for Nicorette Professional (HCP) Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategies to engage healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, and ensuring Nicorette remains a trusted choice for smoking cessation support. Additionally, youll contribute to broader healthcare marketing initiatives in Northern Europe, collaborating across categories to enhance our portfolios reach and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Professional Marketing Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of HCP marketing strategies, including campaign planning, material creation, and digital initiatives aimed at driving product awareness and support among healthcare professionals. Cross-Category Initiatives: Support cross-functional marketing initiatives, collaboration with other brand teams to drive synergies and cohesive messaging across categories within the healthcare sector. Campaign Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimise tactics and recommend improvements for engagement and effectiveness with HCPs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure messaging aligns with professional standards and business objectives. Event & Conference Support: Help organise and execute events, conferences, and webinars that engage healthcare professionals, delivering key brand messages and category education. Content Development: Collaborate on the creation of educational materials, presentations and digital content to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
Experience of Marketing towards Healthcare Professionals in either a Liaison, Events, Marketing engagement focus at Assistant Brand Manager level / equivalent.,

- English: Intermediate / Advanced. Desired Qualifications
- Some experience in an Rx healthcare setting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance measurement and optimisation
- Familiarity with healthcare professional marketing and healthcare industry trends
- Familiarity with smoking cessation and relevant products is a plus.
