Full Job Description

A experienced Computing Lecturer is required to assist with the effective planning and organisation of our FdSc Computing and teach on a range of computing related courses with students of varying abilities teaching across a range of levels and awarding bodies, including Level 4 and 5 courses as well as working with University of Greenwich and Pearson. They should be willing to assist the Curriculum Manager with the curriculum development and the expansion and development of the department as well as the promotion of and other courses in the FE curriculum areas and participate in marketing events as required.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in teaching and or relevant industry experience. They will have achieved a minimum of Level 7 in Computing related degrees and be a qualified HE teacher or be willing to work towards this.

They would have the ability to articulate clearly and to be understood in teaching and making presentations to class groups and have efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping., As a Disability Confident -Committed employer, we will offer an interview to any applicant that declares they have a disability and meet the minimum job role criteria.
