You will assist team members in their duties while adhering to company policies and procedures and perform general duties that support the smooth operation of your unit.,

• Lead and inspire the barista team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Foster effective relationships and collaborate internally at all levels of the team.
• Demonstrate Compass values and principles in all interactions.
• Understand and apply knowledge of the Client Food Program.
• Learn and implement directives effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate confidently with team members and middle management.
• Collaborate across various teams on projects related to your unit.
  
  Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista.
• Proven ability to create effective relationships and work collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of coffee preparation and service.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Passion for food service and a commitment to excellence.
