Head Barista - Stevenage, Hertfordshire

The successful candidate will report to the Hospitality Manager and work alongside a diverse, talented, and innovative food and beverage team.,

• Support and lead the team in an extremely busy coffee shop, ensuring everything runs smoothly.


• Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products.


• Perform basic food preparation and made to order services including hot & cold food services in line with Aramark brand standards.


• Take payment and keep financial records as required.


• Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.


• Clean and tidy counter, light equipment and public areas.


• Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned.


• Train and onboard staff


• Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.


• Undertake relevant training as required.

• Previous experience working in a high street coffee shop / busy setting


• Previous barista experience


• Latte art desirable


• Previous supervisory / team leader experience and able to manage a fast paced enviromment smoothly


• Excellent customer service skills and a great team player!
  
  £13 - £13.50 per hour DOE


• Full time - Monday - Friday, no evenings or weekends!
