Head Bartender

Head Bartender 30 hours / week STK restaurant seeks a proactive, passionate individual to lead and enhance our Bar service, collaborating closely with Bar and F&B management. This role involves setting high standards to create exceptional guest experiences, motivating and inspiring Bar staff, and ensuring efficient and knowledgeable operations. The ideal candidate will excel in mixology and preparation, focusing on culture, capability, quality, organizational effectiveness, and continuous learning and development. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Implement and drive all aspects of the bar service.

• Work closely with Bar and F&B management.
• Be an ambassador of high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
• Inspire and motivate Bar staff, fostering a culture of pride in service
and commitment to excellence.
• Ensure efficient and knowledgeable team operations.
• Deliver outstanding performance through exceptional mixology and
preparation. Focus on culture, capability, quality, organisational effectiveness, and continuous learning & development. prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks when needed. record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system. maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. Carry out total control and daily inventory of crockery, glassware, cutlery, table linen, table centrepieces, decorations. Monitor the status of their menus, wine lists, promotions. Ensure compliance with their outlet's opening and closing checklist.


• Previous extensive experience as Bartender.
• Fluent in English. Other languages would be a
plus. Exceptional mixology skills and knowledge of bar setup. Strong leadership abilities with a can-do attitude. Confident, engaging, and able to inspire and motivate staff. Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement. Excellent organisational and team management skills.
