The hotel features an award-winning restaurant offering all-day dining that highlights British ingredients. Beyond the main restaurant, the hotel provides private dining rooms, comfortable lounges, and a renowned afternoon tea service. The new head chef will be granted complete autonomy over all food and beverage outlets.

• Candidates must be passionate, inventive, and capable of managing several kitchens within the hotel.
