As a Head Chef your focus is to work closely with your teams to develop a great work relationship and together to provide the best customer service., We invest in the training and development of our teams to give them the appropriate skills necessary to thrive in their job roles. We have outstanding teams of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children, of all ages, meeting the bespoke requirements of our clients.

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.,

• Be a proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development

• Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge


• Be financially astute with good understanding of GP calculation and have strong IT literacy

Nestled in the heart of Bushey, St. Margaret's is a prestigious independent school and one of our key contracts in the area. We provide a comprehensive range of food services, including breakfast, lunch, and supper for boarders and staff, along with an extensive hospitality service.
