Head Chef

In this role you will be responsible for leading your teams in the production kitchen to ensure that our world-class food halls and deli counters are stocked with mesmerizing products ready for our customers to take away and serve at home, each and every day.You will be responsible for the operation and organisation of the kitchen by setting daily production levels and guidelines as well as delegating to the team. You will demonstrate effective management by flexing between coaching and directive leadership, also building effective relationships with support functions such as Food Halls, Restaurants, Food Safety, Distribution, Store Services and HR.You'll have a strong track record of hospitality experience, with time spent working at a senior level within a prestigious 5

• hotel, cruise ship, or fine-dining AA Rosette/Michelin standard restaurant. Having great knowledge and a passion for food and drink is essential.
You'll have great time-management skills, experience working with large kitchen teams and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You'll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with other business areas in your day to day. You'll ensure good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.
