An exciting Head Chef position is available at a family-owned Gastropub/ Boutique hotel in Wales, set in the beautiful countryside. Known for its friendly atmosphere, excellent service, and creative seasonal dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, it's a fantastic place to work.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous chef within a fresh food environment
- Demonstrate a passion for cooking and creating new dishes
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Salary £42,000 + Tips - 5 days work/ 2 days off
