As the Head Chef at Avery Healthcare's Avon Valley Care Home, you will be responsible for managing and leading a culinary team that provides nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service to the residents. You will be responsible for preparing modified diets, placing food orders, supervising and directing the work of other kitchen staff, and ensuring safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
