That's why we're looking for a driven and passionate Head Chef to join us at Prezzo to help us continue offering our best possible dining experience., We are looking for a new Head Chef to join our Prezzo Family who has a genuine drive, ambition and desire to make Prezzo the standout from the rest! As a Prezzo Head Chef you will:

• Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
• Lead your kitchen, owning all processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering and staff development.
• Show #DriveToSucceed (this is one of our core Prezzo values!)
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a desire to grow your skills and career as a Prezzo Head Chef.
• Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
• Constantly monitor and develop your kitchen team.
• Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience.

Set out over two floors of an impressive period building and former bank, Prezzo Southport retains many of its original features. Light from the large picture windows compliments the fresh, contemporary decor, and in the evening soft lighting gives the restaurant a relaxed and intimate feel.
