Your role involves leading the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality, monitoring KP I 's and ensuring operational efficiency .,
- Lead the team through positive and constructive methods.
- Achieving consistent GP results.
- Accurate Labour forecast to ensure that targets are achieved.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score.
- Ensure the Prep Team & Goods receiver are following management instruction s .
- Precise ordering to ensure full menu availability and minimum wastage.
- Ensure accurate d aily due diligence.
- Looking after s taff wellbeing , working towards high staff retention.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high food standards.
- Pioneer a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.
This is a pivotal leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence., Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen environment. - Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality and creativity.
- Leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Complete understanding of EBITDA & GP.
- Understanding PnL's to make positive cuts , increasing overall profit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience in organising and leading a large kitchen team.
