Head Chef - Care Home

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. You will develop menus that cater to the residents' preferences, ensuring they receive person-centred hospitality. You will work with fresh produce to create high-quality and wholesome dishes, bake fresh cakes, scones, and breads, and assist the front-of-house team in setting up the dining areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen's budget, completing regular audits, and maintaining stock control.
