• Leadership: Oversee and lead the events kitchen brigade, ensuring food production is delivered to the highest standards.
• Menu Delivery: Champion British cuisine, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and driving innovation in menu development.
• Operational Excellence: Plan, prepare, and execute food operations for events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery of dishes.
• Team Management: Inspire and motivate your team through strong leadership, providing feedback, training, and development opportunities.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards, maintaining an FSA 5-Star rating.
• Financial Management: Achieve financial targets, including food costs and labour budgets, while maintaining quality and consistency.
  
  A seasoned chef with expertise in British cuisine and a passion for food.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing kitchen teams and driving performance.
• Excellent organisational and operational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events and teams.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Experience in managing budgets, food purchasing, and supplier relationships.
