• Manage kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Collaborate with management to create bespoke culinary experiences for corporate events.
• Mentor and develop the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  
  Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally within a corporate or high-end environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional culinary expertise and a flair for menu creation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Passionate about delivering high standards of food and service.
  
  Competitive salary of 45,000 per year.
